1、 Technical parameters

1. Basic parameters of sterile inspection isolator:

2、 Product concept:

Aseptic inspection isolator is designed and produced for the aseptic inspection process of sterile products. It is highly integrated with equipment and instruments, shortening the disinfection and sterilization time, greatly saving overall testing time, achieving the shortest sample flow time between production and testing, and providing good environmental control to minimize false positive interference during aseptic experiments;

The sterile inspection isolator provides a low-cost and efficient clean inspection environment in a limited laboratory environment, ensuring the sterility requirements of the product and ensuring the rapid sterilization function of the sterile inspection and sterile operation of the isolator system.

3、 Structural Function

1. The sterile inspection isolator comes standard with three sets of Shanghai Jiashuo glove ports, paired with glove holders, which are corrosion-resistant and have a long service life.

2. The front window glass of the sterile inspection isolator is made of 15mm thick tempered glass, which can be effectively sealed with inflatable sealing strips to create an internal sealed environment.

3. The sterile inspection isolator control panel adopts a 10.4-inch resistor all-in-one machine with 1024 * 768, resistor touch, embedded installation, silver color, Win7 64 bit, 232+485 USB * 2 network ports * 1 WiFi port facing downwards, I5 4th generation 4G+128, easy to operate.

4. The electronic control system used in the sterile inspection isolator has functions such as overload prevention and electric shock prevention, with stable performance and long service life.

5. The sterile inspection isolator socket adopts laboratory specific safety products with splash proof covers, which are beautiful and durable.

6. The sterile inspection isolator adopts a hard cabin structure, with the cabin material being 316 stainless steel and the exterior material being 304 stainless steel. The cleanliness inside the cabin meets the requirements of GMP Class A. The control system can perform automatic control operations and operation detection.

7. The sterile inspection isolator is established and maintained by a positive pressure generation system to create a 30-50Pa positive pressure environment inside the cabin. The external air must be purified by a high-efficiency filter before entering the operating area. An internal GMP A-level clean area with unidirectional laminar flow is established and maintained to ensure that the raw materials inside the cabin are not affected by external factors;

Using dry flash evaporation technology, high-pressure hydrogen peroxide solution is introduced under high temperature environment to vaporize and generate free hydroxyl OH, which quickly diffuses into the cabin to attack cellular components, including lipids, proteins, and DNA, achieving complete sterilization requirements. After sterilization, vaporized hydrogen peroxide is reduced to water and oxygen without residual harmful substances. The entire sterilization process is low humidity, fast, and efficient.

9. The sterilization regeneration system adopts a unique circulating air duct design. After dehumidification and sterilization, the molecular sieve regeneration function can be activated to dehydrate and dry the molecular sieve and remove moisture from the inside of the cabinet, further drying the operating area, effectively preventing hydrogen peroxide from condensing inside, and avoiding repeated replacement of the molecular sieve, extending its service life.

10. Equipped with temperature and humidity sensors for real-time monitoring of cabin and environmental temperature and humidity, and equipped with hydrogen peroxide sensors for real-time feedback of hydrogen peroxide concentration in the cabin.

11. Filtration efficiency: The filters all use liquid tank non partition high-efficiency filters, with a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles with a diameter of 0.3 μ m;

12. Equipped with a differential pressure sensor as standard, it monitors the upstream and downstream pressure difference of the filter, provides feedback on the service life of the filter, and prevents excessive pressure inside the cabin.

13. Built in 3X grade molecular sieve effectively reduces cabin humidity, shortens sterilization process time, and improves work efficiency.
