2、 Product Concept

In the chemical laboratory, various harmful odorous gases, odors, moisture, and corrosive substances are generated during experimental operations. In order to protect the safety of users and prevent the spread of pollutants from the experiment to the laboratory, a fume hood should be used near the pollution source.

Attention: Strong acid and strong alkali, flammable and explosive experiments, cannot use this type of fume hood.

3、 Structural and functional characteristics

1. The outer shell of the fume hood is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, which has undergone rust prevention treatment and electrostatic spraying, and has good smoothness and corrosion resistance.

2. The operation area of the fume hood adopts anti duplication special board, which has high acid and alkali resistance; The countertop adopts a solid psychological board, which can be disassembled for easy cleaning.

3. The front window of the fume hood is an electric window controlled by operation buttons, which can stop at any height within the travel range and has the function of power-off locking.

4. The front window glass of the fume hood is 5mm thick tempered glass.

The control panel of the fume hood adopts a touch switch, which integrates the power button, fan button, fan speed control button, glass door up button, glass door down button, socket button, fluorescent light button, and ultraviolet light button of the fume hood.
