The IVC mouse cage system is an upgraded version of mouse feeding equipment, suitable for SPF level mouse feeding. Each cage box is independently ventilated, and strict biological control is applied to the living space of animals, effectively preventing cross infection between different cages.

Cage frame:
1. The cage frame material is SUS304 stainless steel, and laser cutting machine is used for drilling and precise positioning.
2. The connection between the trachea and the cage box adopts a silicone nozzle connection, and the nozzle and trachea are connected by a rotating card slot, which is easy to disassemble; The intake and exhaust nozzles of the cage box and cage frame are non-invasive structures;
3. The air supply and exhaust ducts are detachable for easy cleaning and disinfection;

Cage box:
The cage box consists of a plastic bottom box, a box cover, a stainless steel mesh cover, a drinking water bottle, and a record card. The box cover is equipped with an intake and exhaust valve, a silicone sealing ring, and a buckle, which is combined with the bottom box seal through the buckle. It also has a life window to ensure animal safety in the event of a power outage. The product complies with the technical requirements of GB14925 "Laboratory Animal Environment and Facilities" and DB32/T972 "Independent Ventilation Cage IVC System for Laboratory Animals".
1. The bottom and cover of the box are made of German BASF polystyrene sulfone (PPSU) plastic material or German BASF polysulfone (PSU) plastic material for one-time injection molding: PPSU material has a thermal deformation temperature greater than 180 ℃, and is sterilized by high-pressure steam at 205kPa and 134 ℃ for more than 500 times in 5 minutes without deformation; PSU material has a thermal deformation temperature greater than 150 ℃, sterilized with high-pressure steam at 205kPa and 134 ℃ for more than 200 times in 5 minutes without deformation.
2. The stainless steel mesh cover is made of 304 stainless steel wire with a diameter of Φ 1.6-4.0mm, which is polished to a bright and uniform color without burrs.
3. Drinking water bottle, with a capacity of 500ml, equipped with a liquid level scale, made of the same material as the cage box, and equipped with a silicone sealing ring at the bottle mouth to ensure that the bottle cap is sealed without water leakage. The drinking spout is made of 304 stainless steel, with a smooth and burr free surface.
4. The exhaust outlet of the box cover is equipped with a metal filter (25x50mm) to prevent dust from being sucked into the cage frame and blocking the pipeline; 5. The top of the cage box is equipped with a compression type life window with a sealing strip, which is directly connected to the outside world. There are sealed pressure grooves around it, covering a 0.2 µ m high-efficiency filter membrane. The filter membrane can be directly washed with water and sterilized under high temperature and pressure.
6. The material of the record card and buckle is aerospace engineering plastic Nylon, which is resistant to high temperature, corrosion, and impact.
7. The bottle mouth is equipped with a self closing metal valve plate, which automatically closes after removing the drinking water bottle to ensure the airtightness of the cage box.
After the cage box is detached from the cage frame, the air inlet and exhaust valves of the cage box should be able to automatically close immediately, and the contact with the cage frame should be a non-invasive structure, that is, the air inlet and exhaust ports of the cage frame should not penetrate deep into the interior of the cage box.
